I think the ques with the tax(75000$ and 200000&) D is the correct answer. If the proposition 13 is removed it is written that me and neighbour would pay the same ie 6000$...otherwise we would pay different(which is option D). PLEASE ANSWER.

Sir in the video you told that the spouses of classical migraine got it from the sufferers, but the passage mentions that there is no relation between classical migraine in a person and his/her spouse. The chances are same as any other person.

Yeah. But spouses doesn't come under hereditary. If they said spouses in the classical case also increased, the answer would have been easy. But they made the twist so that answer picking will be difficult
