Correct me if I'm wrong, but I observed that the States A and C are equivalent when converted to A Mealy Machine, and it can be simplified to A->A(1/b) A->B(0/b) B->B(0/b) B->A(1/a). I also noticed that the Mealy Machine tends to have one step less that the Moore Machine
You should've reduced the mealy transition table. As in the Mealy FSM, states are either same or fewer than the Moore FSM. So, you could have removed the redundant state C.
Please say me is it true: "The true Mealy FSM has 2 states and 4 transtions. A state has 1/b->A and 0/b->B transitions, B state has 0/b->B and 1/a->B transitions." I wait your reply. Thanks a lot. (If anyone knows true answer, please reply :) )
It can be more than two states. Not bounded to two. I myself have designed Mealy FSMs comprising of more than 4 flip flops even. Depends on requirements. As far as the word "true Mealy FSM" is concerned, I can't say much about it.

Thank you.
Almost Correct, What i got was same except for the transition in B , where 1/a-> A , as otherwise -011- will print 2 a's .
@@asadawan3466 so state C is same as state A??
You made mealy machine again
Sir table formed from first daigram before concersion is not explained properly

You can make the mealy machine with 2 states only.
Awesome
