when a man sin the holy ghost will need to recoincil him back to God through the ministry of repentance.. so the Holy spirit of God will bring guiltness to thatvparticular ma. but if the holy ghost is not in you, mean you are not alive spiritually then, even thougy you commit sin you'll feel no guilt as the spirit of God has left you....
