    This was actually pretty helpful for someone like me who hasn't played the game in 2 years or so. Thanks!

      So glad to hear it! After I finished the longer one, it just came into my mind how I can do an even faster one so it is totally perfect as a refresher!

    Make sure you have the rule book nearby and pause the video if you feel lost or want more examples. This is a wonderful how to play video! Good job

    That was a REALLY helpful refresher of the rules for me! Haven't played in awhile and wanted a quick run through and your explanation was perfect, thank you!

      So glad you found it useful! After I recorded my first tutorial, I just had it in my head how I could explain it even quicker. This is definitely useful as a refresher or a companion to reading the rule book! I love this game. Always a brain masher!

    Hello, What happens if I want to place more huts from on field 12? Which accumulated. What are rules?

    • @ShaneandStuff
      @ShaneandStuff  2 года назад

      That space can hold any number of huts you move there from the helper action. You will basically leave them there until you have emptied the other 11 spaces. Then you will have to expand the ones on that space out. So if you empty all the other spaces, and there are 4 huts on space 12, you will have to expand 4 times before the 12th space will be empty.
      Let me know if this answers your question.

    Succinct and effective explanation. It helped me flesh out the first reading of the rules and I feel ready to play!

    What table is that? I love how it has the lazy susan built into it.

      Something we found at Living Spaces. Had no idea how good the lazy susan was going to work for games. Some games fit on it completely and we just turn it to the active player! www.livingspaces.com/ProductView.aspx?productId=68467

    I have a few Feld designed games. This one has A LOT of stuff on the board. A normi non gamer would see this and run away.

      Diabolik771 it's such a wonderful brain burner. Plays very smoothly after a couple of rounds but the decisions are so crunchy. Certainly not for the new gamer.

      Ah, finally played it. The iconography on the left of the player boards is just explanations, which takes the scary factor out of it. This game is so much fun and challenging. Very crunchy and delicious.
