Hi Peter. I loved to see that You made a good one. I belive the motor is from me a rewound 105KV but You run 12S, I do 14S batteries. However, with a bigger prop 12S works.
Yes i got the motor from Boris. I gonna try a 36x12 next time. I was suprised that it worked with 34×12 when I tried it in my garage I only got 20 kg .. The 36x12 gave me 26 kg (before I crashed it on my floor...) thanks for your inspiration Reidar.
@@sailsafe1 was that with the 105kv motor right? Have you measured the power? would so so so appreciate that. Skulle verkligen uppskatta det enormt MKT! Tackar God jul/Eric
Hi. This is lovely and I have been looking for kind of this. Please I don't know how to couple them together also where to buy them. Please do you mind if I share email with you here or just post for me here every details you use to make this powerful flat surface takeoff machine, glider product name, the jacket, the machine name, motor, battery, throttle and any other things that will make my look like yours when I finally can have my own hang glider. Thanks in advance please
By having it on a pivot under the wing it provides different thrust vectors that are easily controlled by shifting your weight around. Essentailly, greater control
@@lucywucyyy And, when the thrust line is as high as the keel of the glider, there have been crashes due to the thrust rotating the glider nose over into a tumble.
Be careful about lithium batteries.. they can catch fire.. make the design detachable in case of fire.. what u do is dangerous if and if only one time u get in trouble with those batteries..
Way that lipo pack - hobby cells dumping hundreds of amps - is setup essentially = electric-fire-falling-burning-doom if it goes bad in the batteries. Like no way away from the fire without being away from the harness. No way to put it out, even with your hands. All roasting away right around the strap, nestled among highly combustible organic materials. The insurance agent in me screams out in terror counting the ways. Just say'in. Otherwise, cool!
I cannot seem to find anyone that can help me get the hand held RC transmitter going for my Ehelp. Hobby King couldn't help much....Can anyone give me some advice? I am from Kentucky in the USA.
This has to be the closest humans can get right now to flying like a superhero
Thank you for not including stupid "music".
Карлсончик! Дорогой))
Wow, 32,000mah x12 cells... that is insane! Cool build.
Nice landing!
How much altitude could you get before the batteries run out?
About 4-500 m in calm air, but normally I just use it to get up on a hill for soaring and gaining height in thermals.

@@sailsafe1 Dear Peter, would you mind if you could tell me how much thrust you get with 34x14 on 14s or 12s? did you try that?
With 34x14 i get about 32-34 kg

Is there a prototype youd sell to a avid flyer?
Hi
No i have NO ehelp to sell.
i dont really know much about powered hang gliding but i feel like itd be easier to have the prop mounted on the wing itself

@@dwilliamson8539 makes sense i guess
itd be cool if the prop had folding blades to reduce drag
It's Good idea~~~

sorry, how much does the entire thing weigh???
11 kg for the ehelp without harness

what harness do you use, please?
Hi i make my harnesses by myself.
This harness has spreaders so it easy to put a ehelp on it.
Nice, make the legs alill longer so you don't hit the ground.
What sort of flight time with that battery combo Peter
About 12 minutes than they became tired
peter mattsson Thanks mate any pictures/video of build

search for e-bike ore electric skate / longboard . Alien Power has one transmitter.
@@sailsafe1 Thanks for your help. Would your suggestions be better than the hand held RC car control used in the video for certain reasons?
Как высоко может поднять эл.двигатель?
Каким бы высоким
Very cool. Maybe add some light flexible solar panels on the top to recharge while you're riding thermals to get a bit of extra time.
where can I buy this engine?
Hobbyking. Com and this is not engine this is brushless moter you can buy at price of 32000
@@everythinginone18 is it the Turnigy one? because they are not selling it currently
