Great tutorial on composition and arrangement. Super helpful to be reminded again how very simple parts thoughtfully crafted and assembled leads to amazing results. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the Session to Arrangement view conversion tips. I've struggled switching from one to the other, so just stuck to using Arrangement view. Now I can go back and finish some of my older projects!
Really love this tutorial, especially your words at the end :) I've been making electronic music for almost 20 years now and rarely find tutorials on youtube that are interesting or inspiring nowadays. However, you're totally smashing it
Love the new direction you are going with aesthetics of your videos! the intro is dope as hell and the split screen fx works really well! And as always you deliver my friend, great video very inspirational 👍
just found you and love the glitch percussion idea, now that's something I need to experiment with, do you happen to know of any free ones that would go with musescore 4?
hey hoooo.. just subsribed :-)) so my friend, another cool vid.,btw the phase plant sounds really nice, gotta try it. are u happy with the focal headphone ?
Martin!! Yes, Phase Plant is amazing. Also very flexible! And they just added a granular engine. My Focal headphones have been pretty good. They are the Listen Professionals. In their price range, excellent. I may be on the market for some new ones soon... Cheers to you!
@@s1gns0fl1fe cool! well if have plans to someday spent a (little more ) money... i just checked the audeze lcd -x 2021 version headphone and to me ( and lots others ) its insane quality!!! much better then previous version. lets keep in touch my friend
Hey man im appreciated you job so much... it´s possíble to create a ambient sound like worship using vst and Stepic to create some automation with these vst? Thanks a lot...
Hi Chris, nice music and an interesting channel you have here. You cut out frequencies right from the beginning. Maybe you share those frequencies from your eq. It sounds not muddy or harsh. It's definately a time saver. Greetings and keep on going with your Ambient journey.
I use the Utility Template for Ableton Live. I have another video on my channel all about it! It doesn't talk about the specific frequencies but I do explain what it is and why I use it. Cheers
Thank you Chris, your ability to not only know how to do these things but also how to share them with all of us has made a huge difference. Stepic, Vital, and many other tools that I did not know about are now used all the time. Your help on looking at frequencies and knowing how (where) to put things in the mix is a key suggestion. Thank you again and please keep these vids coming dude! Cheers from Alaska.
I love how excited you get at the end of the video. It's ambient but you're really pumped about creating worlds.
I don’t know how I arrived here but I’d like to thank the algorithm for giving me my newest hobby
❤❤❤❤ Dude, I fking LOVE your videos. You are such an inspiration. Thank you so much for helping humanity level up its ambient game.
Thank you so much!

I think the thing is, or the goal with real ambient music is - AMBIENT is in - no 4/4 beat and typical predictable arrangements. ACTUAL AMBIENCE.
How is it that i ended up here when sweating over sem04 😂😅❤
See my reply on discord! You are probably overthinking it. Don’t worry! Just let it flow…
