Hi, I have MEG17.9.12 PCM, I found that the resistance between the Vcc and GND of the main MCU (Tricore TC1762) is 18.7 Ohm, the Vcc voltage is 3.3V, do you think that resistance is the cause of the problem for the ECU? would that be considered too low and might be causing a short?

      Yes, it is too low.
What issues or errors do you have?

@@autodiagobd At first I had DTC P0748 which is causing my transmission to be stuck at 3rd gear, so I opened the PCM to investigate, but then, when I put the PCM back to run the car, the car now cranks but won't start, and I get another error code which is "DTC P2118 Throttle actuator control, throttle motor current - range/performance problem"

@@sosscs i don’t think that a gear stuck is a problem in the Engine control unit.
Maybe something happened when you opened/worked on the ecu.

@@autodiagobd Yes, the car was just running fine before I opened the ECU, maybe I applied too much heat gun. Any recommendation what I can do to approach this problem? I have about 11 ICs and 20 capacitors that are connected to this Vcc pin, and all those ICs have 18.7 Ohm resistance between Vcc and GND

@@sosscs very hard to tell based just on a story. Check for bridges between components/pins.
