Hello! I am a beginner blogger who wants to showcase my creative nonfiction writing for PreK-12 students and adults concerned with students' education such as teachers or parents. I want to turn this into my full-time job since I love to write and want to use my talents to help people, especially students, learn! I was thinking of possibly including affiliate marketing, but I don't want to write about products or services. Rather, I prefer writing about concepts and things you might learn in school or read about at the library. What would be my best course of action for monetizing my blog? Can I still do affiliate marketing this way? Thank you!
The world rewards you not for effort, but for value. So no number of articles, but amount of value provided. If you write one fantastic article that helps a lot and gets a ton of traffic, you can monetize that right away.
Sure :) The course you sell is yours, so there are no restraints on how you sell that. And most everyone uses the free version of WordPress, so you're good to go.

Weather is probably ads. Primarily.

That's a challenge, yes. It's cookie-based, so if people clear theirs, you "lose" the sale.
