The most tenuous link ever - my wife's lodger's friend's boyfriend turned up 1 night (1988/89 ? ) in his White D Plate RS500 and took me for a spin - he sold he it two months later - too many lip spoiler scrapes !! Beast of a car

I remember watching the 1988 Bathurst 1000 on tv with these 4 cylinder rockets making the 5 litre V8 Holden’s look silly, untill that is when the commentator mentioned the fuel the Eggenberger team was using definetly wasn’t pump fuel, and the front wheel arches were modified from factory stock.
Texaco Sierra’s came home 1st and 2nd with Peter Brock in his V8 Commodore came home 3rd.
After almost 12 months of court battles in France, the FIA eventually awarded Mr Brock his 9th and final Bathurst win.

Just to clarify here.... James is referring to the Sierra's, not the Mustang. Then, in 1989/90 the GTR appeared.. changed ATCC for a bit!!

Hi Nigel, weird fitting shock absorber mount but no shock absorber fitted it is on other side so when do they supply it? Keep up the good work 👍. Jay from Derby.

It's how the partworks work... the Tumbler is all over the place from what I've seen, this is pretty good as far as flow goes.. no doubt the next delivery will be right shock, right brake, right wheel and maybe another floor section?
