      Abdul Khan ..its a hit. I went to my local Lincoln dealer inquiring & orders are thru roof for this large luxury SUV. Lincoln is on a roll lotsa nice product coming out. Quality rates very high as well. Lincoln is #8 in overall quality out of 30 car brands! they said all in top 10 are basically same in quality. Ford is doing great do I suppose Lincoln should be getting lots R&D $$. Iconic Amer luxury!

  • @philipmarshall8065

    Since the new Navigators main competition is the Cadillac Escalade a couple points come to mind. The Cadillac has the ostentatious in-your-face grill, perfect for A type personality type or the rapper who wants to show the world he's made some scratch. The Navigator on the other hand is pure class & luxury.
    Both vehicles do have beautifully designed interiors, though the Escalade has more plastic bits and is already looking dated.
    When it comes down to the power train the Navigator is clearly the winner. 450HP and 500 pounds of torque combined with a well designed 10 speed transmission the best choice is obvious - Lincoln Navigator.

      @GaryKetchum808 7 лет назад +1

      BIGWEBB88 rappers and their Rovers/G classes/"Rarri's" are insanely annoying. They make vehicle brands look like they're supposed to appeal to young people, when only old people can buy them.

    The thing that most people don't realize is cadi's are re skinned chevys with more "luxury" but this right here, this shows ford isnt competing w chevy no ford is after Lexus and Range Rovers while GM is struggling to keep up, I love GM but ford is just killing it with these new designs, but let's see how they preform

    • @mscongeniality8205
      @mscongeniality8205 6 лет назад

      SuperToemoe but this is literally a re-skinned Ford Expedition with majority of the same exact parts including the engine which is found in other Ford products. Any true GM lover knows that this comment is so far from fact. It’s a new day and age where Cadillac suv and crossovers share little to NOTHING at all with the Chevrolet lineup. Unlike Ford/Lincoln, buddy. You’re sounding like a delusional Ford fanboy here! What’s going on? You drank that water they gave you, huh? Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

    • @ericacannone6362
      @ericacannone6362 5 лет назад

      The issue with other luxury brands is they don't have large trunk options. I drive an ESV because its nicer inside than a suburban but had the trunk space I couldn't get with any other luxury brand.. 4 kids, I laughed at some the "trunks" I saw when shopping! I do love the new navigator, its the first competition I would say the ESV has ever had.

    The comments section is amuck with broke people and their opinions.
    When I hear that this interior looks "cheap", or that the Escalade is aging, I do a face-palm, and think... "broke people".

    • @that6thgen_2ss35
      @that6thgen_2ss35 7 лет назад +19

      I was just checking out a new Escalade yesterday and granted it was not the top model but it still over $90k. For that I found hard plastics littered throughout the door panels dash. There was plenty of leather on most of the touch points but for 90K I would expect better. Also, not being able to afford a 90K SUV doesn't make one broke. This Lincoln appears to be a step ahead in terms of interior design and quality at better price point.

      Torian Richardson - Agreed. The new escalade is pretty much a jazzed up Tahoe or Yukon. However, those iPad looking displays are starting to play out with me now, even though it looks nice in the navigator.

    • @swampgumpharpy7977
      @swampgumpharpy7977 7 лет назад

      Torian Richardson, I agree that the interior of the Escalade is constructed with cheap materials; even compared to a Tahoe LTZ, which is an odd thing. I don't understand what exactly you're disagreeing with me about.

    Wow beautiful dynamic vehicle. I bet this is the first Lincoln to get to 100k? However as the camera pans from the front, down the passenger side at the beginning, look at the 1/8" offset, where the front door meets the rear door! They are NOT even! Come on Lincoln! You must do better!! My dad had owned new Lincolns all through the 60's & 70's. The last two, a 1975 Town Coupe and a 1978 Town Car, bought at Tasha Ford Lincoln Mercury in E. Providence R. I. , had a dealer option called Body Blueprinting Perfection, where the dealers shop would loosen and re-aligned all the doors and hoods, plus the grill, taillight assembly and bumpers, so that every gap was as close and even as possible! It was amazing how far the corrections made a difference! You could run a finger along every panel that met another panel, whether it was a door, hood, bumper or the whole front clip, every gap was close and even!!

I have a '16 Lincoln MKZ sedan AWD triple black Ecoboost. awesome car cruising or in sport mode. 🇺🇸

      @k.r.v.4219 7 лет назад

      David Klimmek hey I only advised to do better! So when production starts I'm sure Lincoln will do better! I myself love the new Continental and if I were to be able to have a one car household, that would be it! A loaded Black Label Conti !! In Pearl White if possible with that beautiful Parchment interior! I love triple black but I'm moving to Fla, with that strong sun white or light makes more sense! But AWD or even RWD with that new 400 hp engine! I haven't driven one but had a good up close look and their beautiful! I also like the New Cadillac! I can appreciate the new Lexus, but will always buy American!

    It Looks Dope Till You Get To The Back. The Back Reminds Me Of A Crossover It Loses All Agressiveness Back There. I Want A Truck To Be Agressive All Around. That's My Opinion Tho Its Still Beautiful Af

    Was Lincoln on top no but as of now this is the king of the hill by a long shot. The seats good god. You would think they are from a Bentley or rolls.

    Exterior - premium ! Interior - Dashboard - premium ! Interior front and rear seats - Ugh! Look like they belong in a Ford Explorer....very cheap looking.

    Nice design in and out but that's about it no quality materials and terrible engineering will make you spend more time at steelership and after 50k miles truck will look like sh... drove Lincolns for 25 years loved them for comfort but aged badly moved to Lexsus 10 years ago don't look back

    Par for the course for a luxury vehicle. No matter which vehicle you get from any luxury marque, you're still very lucky and privileged to be able to afford and own one or a handful of these things when most of the world go around in old cars or cheap, crude vehicles. Like this one for example: 2.bp.blogspot.com/_wORmuf9kYrk/S6Eu7lFs2rI/AAAAAAAABMM/cmqRUVkp988/s400/isuzu+panther1.jpg

    ya...nice willy wonka wheels. This is a fail just for those stupid looking things. Over priced plastic fake lux. Tell me how awesome it is when the warranty is over. It won't age well like all Ford product.

    Put a GMC logo In the front grill and ..... there is a brand new gmc Yukon Denali .. lol .
    Now. Let's move to the back side ... of this oversized explorer look. , interior is spectacular tho.

    Lincoln finally made a really nice navigator. The interior looks super luxurious the exterior looks pretty bad ass. My only thing was the ugly steps and the wheels. Other than that this SUV looks 👌

  • @Mrrlamb1

    Very nice... although I'll never buy another Lincoln. But maybe this will force Cadillac to actually innovate their full size SUV.

  • @ColeSpolaric
    @ColeSpolaric 7 лет назад

    That interior is just a disaster. Seats look terrible, that ugly screen sticking out of the dash instead of part of it, that ugly ass color, buttons for the gear selector, etc. The Continental was so well done with maybe a couple of design flaws; why couldn't they just follow that?
