Bro as I’ve gotten older I’ve been having a lot of health problems too and I’ve gone to so many doctors, tried so many different meds and nothing seemed to work.. Bro as I’ve gotten older I’ve been having a lot of health problems too and I’ve gone to so many doctors, tried so many different meds and nothing seemed to work.. I switched up my diet after watching an interview and doing some research and my stomach problems I’ve had for years are almost gone, I feel better, I sleep better, I have more energy and more focus.. it’s something not too many people think they can get on that diet.. I sure as heck didn’t.. it’s a plant based diet. You can still have about 10% of animal protein. Did you know the original gladiators who always had access to the best food and medical attention there’s an ancient word that talks about them and it calls them a word that translates to “bean and barley muncher”?
Check out a documentary called “the game changers” it’s about athletes that thrive even at ages that they should be retiring and all of them credit the food they’re eating
