DIY Flip Home Remodel Episode 8 from the Season 4 series First Time House Flipper
Hello and welcome back to my fixer-upper whole house remodel project! Today's episode features part two of my living room remodel. Not sure what I've gotten myself into but I just purchased this fixer-upper and I'm going to be remodeling the entire thing and filming the process. Feel free to follow along! This is my first time flipping a house but I have a feeling by the end of the process I'll want to stick around for a while so we'll see what happens. Subscribe and stay tuned for the next episode! If you have any questions, concerns, or advice, I would love to hear it! Let me know in the comments what you think.

Very nice.
How fitting you watched money pit haha
Boom. I got you!
Very nice wall unit and coffee table. Love your buddy just pouring onto the new lookout shelf.
you passed up Rocky II, I don't know what to think of you after that mistake........ keep up the good work guy
wonderful, please don't stop!
Favourite part of the Money Pit is when Tom Hanks looses it and starts laughing hysterically.
Yeah I do that often lol
Lookin good!!!
Good job!!!!👍👍👍👌perfect
Curious, no vapor barrier under new flooring? Has there been a change in that common directive? Looks great! .
Nice work! Curious as to why you didn't refinish the flooring that was already there. Was it just less expensive to put the vinyl flooring over it?
He could be planning to refinish at a later time, when the money tree flowers again. 🤣 The vinyl goes down without any nails or adhesive so would be easy to pull back up. .
@@trishblakely3476 The no nails or glue really spared my heart, for just that reason. Good floor now, but reversible. It's lucky enough that the carpet & that weird sheet 'wood' that was there before came up with little damage.
In these old houses the boards you see are the underlayment. Not meant to be used as an actual floor. Waaaay too many imperfections, gaps, nails, chips, you name it. They look terrible up close.
That’s a bummer, Brett. But that vinyl wears like iron!
Ripped up carpet but kept ugly outdated railing 😩
Well, it looks good to me
