Best acert is a decert, my boss a year ago had to rebuilt the C15 acert after he told us not to plug it in over a long weekend at -48 F including wind................Tuesday morning she started hard but started............but oil was a bit heavy to pump, we didn't think much of it because the 3406 started without a hitch. Decert engaged after the rings and liners went, it's runs like a terpentined dog now with a 600-650 tune and a work/performance or light/performance single on it now
