but seriously how are we 6-3? I thought the 11-0 year was punching above our weight but this is somehow much more unbelievable
Yeah it was but we got railroaded that year by covid and the NFL that year we really didn't have a bye week because Tennessee broke the covid rules and we played like 4 or 5 games in like 17 days or something crazy like that you can tell we ran out of steam by the end of the year and we still had a lot of talent on that team it was sad when it all fell apart at the end that year but not as bad as when Big Ben had that undrafted Rookie season and we went 15-1 and destroyed the other 2 tops teams in the NFL that year the pats who were 14-2 and at one point had won 21 straight games till we beat them up 21 and done and the following week played the also undefted Eagles and gave them a beating and they had the 3rd best record and went 13-3 and we made it to the AFC Championship game in one of the years the pats were video taping signals and the second time we played them they seemed to know everything we were doing the were exposed a few years later and lost draft picks including a 1st round pick and that turned out to be one of the games they cheated to win it costed us the super bowl that year and steelers under Big Ben should be 3-1 in the superbowl another reason why I hate Brady and Beleceik so Damn much

I live in Cincinnati, and my son has Bengals season tickets (I lost him in college. It was a girl). I was at the game with him watching the Steelers on my phone and laughing my butt off all the way home!! I had to drive. He had to drink. It was awesome. Those moments we spend with our kids are so few and far between now. Peace!

This looks like the same Steelers team that started 11-0 in 2020. As a fan you knew in your heart that it wasn’t a good team but stacking up those wins despite was always a great feeling.
Not true this is a better team than that, the defense is better and the run game is better
I agree with @perryellis1423 this is a better team. The 2020 team couldn't get anything going until the 4th quarter, here we are in back to back weeks scoring on our first drive.

The Steelers haven’t been legit “good” since the 2017 season when they had Ben, Brown, and Bell and they went 13-3. The last 6 seasons they’ve been both lucky and mediocre but not God awful either.
Winning is always better than losing no matter the circumstance.

The most true statement ever that sums up Steelers football......up by less than 1 score, under a minute to go, other team has the ball and has to drive the length of the field for a TD to win. It is almost an absolute guarantee that they will get to the red zone with time for 2 plays at least. There is always a guy open that gets half the field in one play, then another play that gets to or near the red zone. That is followed by absolute disbelief that it is happening AGAIN by Steeler's fans as they wonder if we will hold or not. I don't care how big the Steelers lead is (on those rare games when the Steelers get a lead), during the 4th quarter, it will turn into a one score game where the other team has a chance to win down to the last second.
This team is the Michael Scott of the NFL....one of my favorites of all time.
