I really like how the Prototype’s voices work. When he’s not focused on mimicking one specific voice, he’s just constantly switching from one voice to another.

The prototype and the mimic of SOTM its the same as for copying voices and giving a tense and terrifying atmosphere

That’s exactly how I imagined the process of creating 1006 was. Surely he can still feel pain though he is mainly mechanical. But not just him, some of the bigger bodies had artificial limbs that were mechanical. My Lord I cannot imagine how fricking painful that is. Riley’s notes in chapter 4 had me sobbing. There is no telling how many children woke up in the middle of their “surgery” like she did.
I think The Prototype is officially my favourite Mascot Horror antagonist of all time. He’s bloody horrifying in this.

Which means that the ones who wrote "Run", "Go Away", or "Don't Trust Her" either in Conveyor Belt Tunnel or in the big painted flower could be The Prototype himself who can roam around freely with that giant spider hands. Well, he's smart and he has been developed himself for 10 years so it's possible.
Huggy stayed at the Main Entrance, Mommy stayed at the Game Station, Catnap stayed at Playcare, Doey stayed at Save Heaven, The Doctor which only had his brain stayed deeper on Underground along with Yarnaby. Then, Huggy fell to the underground lab where Prototype resides.

He did save Preston from being slaughtered by the other toys. He gave him a "reward" for his kindness. It's a hellish one, but it's a gift of LIFE. The Prototype also seems to have attachment issues, judging by the supposed integration of others into himself ("HE'LL MAKE ME PART OF HIM"), his obsession over Poppy, and now "Now I can be there for you. Always," with Preston. There's something much, much deeper than just rage and malice there. I can't make a real call on what that "something" is, but it's there.
Well he's affectively made Preston immortal which is a fate worse than death, and it doesnt look like he's able to move anything but his eyes as a toy, and hes just stuck this way until someone finds him and kills him or finds a way to free him, i feel so bad though jessica kinda deserved it more.

The fact Preston wasn’t killed is interesting. The prototype clearly holds grudges against the scientists in fact it outright tells sawyer the only reason he’s still alive is because his mind was needed and it’s pretty obvious he killed Newman. @AvanSoup Honestly, I don’t think that’s the case. The prototype is called “The prototype” for a reason. Because it’s the ORIGINAL of the experiments, it’s the first experiment they had tested. Although I get the whole “could be an AI bot” I’m 99% sure that it’s not an AI bot, but a very intelligent experiment due to witnessing all the updated experimenting.
It could also be Newman in the toy though, since it was her camera's pov

Jessica is like someone that assaults people "for content" and gets arrested and is looking at 15 years with no bail or early release. She knows it's over, she just want a way to slip away so she isn't dealt with for her crimes

Let's be honest here, a jumpscare isn't needed with the Prototype. You could argue the other toys needed one to be scary, but holy.. the Prototype in concept is scary as is. Catnap didn't rely on them either cause similar to him they hid him, keeping him as a threat that just watches. I love when a game gives that feeling of dread even if you just hear a noise, know something is wrong but can't know what will happen.

Especially since Prototype says about Preston, "my good friend" and then immediately adds, "He's always nice to me." Because Preston isn't the only one who made the Hour of Joy happen.But the fact that he specifically emphasized Preston is intriguing.
Guess you better go look for those tapes when this chapter comes out.

He is humming the Playtime co. tune, after showing us that he is doing what the company had been doing. Putting people in toys against their will. That tune is like the "spirit" of that vision. And It also feels like the Prototype is mocking them while problably doing it "better"

A. It sees Prototype knows how to make people into toys which is interesting that he gained that knowledge
B. The whole thing that Prototype only killed one person being his handler to escape might not be true since we see he killed Jessica
C. It seems that Preston is still alive, most likely in toy form
D. It seems that whoever grabbed Preston brought him to the prototype since we see the same toy in one of the first teaser shorts for PP5 meaning the prototype was either given Preston by the toy or was able to convince the toy to give him Preston
E. The prototype made Preston into a toy seeming like a bittersweet way of thankfulness, he’s still alive but trapped in the same painful state the kids were in like saying “You helped us so I’ll keep you alive but I’m still gonna punish you by subjecting you to the same torture we were put through” maybe because Preston took to long to start the Rebellion
