I live in So. Cal. and we have an awesome car culture here, just type in Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach and you'll see what I mean, but the commies and socialist in our state gov't are doing all they can to destroy it. I hope not but if it ever comes to the point where the wife and I feel it's time to leave the state I was born and raised in, it's very good to know that there are other great states with an equally awesome car culture where me and both my 68 Chevelle and 71 El Camino will feel welcomed and right at home.
I'm not sure what time you filmed this, but the show "starts" at 5:00, we got there at 4:00 and got turned away. Every access street was blocked, side streets were full, as well as the center of the road spots. I remember being able to come to this show at 4:30- 5:00 and finding good parking spots, I guess those days are over !
@@zlumlord I agree, $10 per car would thin the herd a bit. There are always a lot of nice cars there, but you shouldn't have to get there 3 hours in advance to get a spot.

yep i got there 230pm street upper half already full i say go back to pay show 10.00 a head cut out riff raff,sucks

Yep, was there in July and 3:15 was almost too late. Too big now in my opinion.
@@ImpalaLans It's starting to remind me of down the shore when people wake up at 6am to put their towel on the best lounge chairs by the pool.
