Only a foolish confed player will lose on water... Viking-posidon-naval platform combo kills any resistance combo on water.. I have played both playing as confed was so easy. You could Fuck up at the start and recover as confed and that's with less upgrades on my confed acct
And about control, seig has one of the best if not the best controls in the game
