I do like this house. I think it is a wide lot house, also I like the distance away from the kitchen. I don't like the kitchen too near the living room this way it looks less cramped.
If you want to replicate this model home, we can sit down with the builder to give you an exact quote and estimate. It also depends on which lots are available to build. I will say an infinity pool will be at least $100k after market. And it’s on a waterfront lot with a lot of upgrades, so it can add up to another $100-150k. @@nicolejean-louis9320 In this community the largest home you would be able to build is the Dulce Bonus which would come 1 bed and bathroom short. That would have a base price of $567,000 before lot premiums or upgrades. What your describing is available in resale in some communities or would be a custom home. For resale I’d just caution you that most everything you find will likely come short in one area. Maybe there is carpet still in the bedrooms, or no separate computer desk, or not a proper mudroom (here it’s more common for the laundry room accessible from the garage to serve this function). Not saying it’s impossible, my in-laws bought exactly what you described (but they are ripping out the carpet in 3 of the upstairs bedrooms) for almost $700,000 outside of a gated community and plan on doing updates to make the house look the way they envisioned. Nice house but I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that hood called Fort Pierce ... I've never felt safe there
This gated community is 10-15 miles away from central Fort Pierce. Different city in St. Lucie County.
