Depends on your needs. If your goal is to sound like a complete LIVE Band and keep people on the dance floor feeling the same way as you, then yes, the KETRON EVENT is worth it... especially loaded with the AjamSonic package!

Sorry, AJ. Comparing to Genos, P5X, Roland BK9/EA7 - do we have nearly all of the styles we need or want to play? How many styles do we get built in to start with? Is there the magical style converter from other brands and MIDI to style converter? Thanks, AJ!

That is why you get the AJAMSONIC package which adds predominantly Western/USA/Caribbean styles. It comes with over 400 factory styles, but no magic style converter.

Not a full fledged sequencer but a partial once as you can use the style engine as a sequencer. If you want more sequencing capability, look at the KETRON SD9 Pro with the Launchpad feature that allows you to have both Midi and Audio tracks (up to 3 per scene) within sequences.

There are some songs, that would benefit from this feature. Especially canon.
You can automize the chord changes for "Behold what manner of love the father has given unto us" and focus on leading the two groups who sing along.

Save as a USER STYLE, not registration. Save as a style first - then save this new style and your settings in a registration.

Thanks for the demo. I just tried to use immediately. It works but only one time : The first time I touch the "Phrase Rec" button, It lights Red instead of blue and every thing works correctly. But after, when I want to do it again, the button lights on blue or yellow but never Red. And nothing happens. To have a normal behaviour, I don't find other thing than shutdown/restart Event. Do you know a clue or how do we stop the activity of this feature which seems very interesting ? Thanks
