Almost thought the video was about wildfire and maybe getting a new unit. Those “fake” dragons Aegon IV used in his failed invasion of Dorne.

You people are crazy, trailers of commercial games aren't even half as good as this. Making it like a tale narrated by the maker of wildfire was an amazingly good idea, the crescendo when the narrator talks while the actual in-game dragons are shown is fantastic. You really outdid yourselves, I get shivers every time I rewatch the trailer and I even got a bit watery when I watched it the first time, feeling somewhat nostalgic. I'm really looking forward to this update.
Imagine the possibilities of this update combined with the DLC for landless protagonists and a full map.

I remember in ck2 i defended dragonstone from a dragon attack by killing it with wildfire, the rider survived but was horribly disfigured and ended up taking her own life soon after. It was complete blasphemy.

The fact that they made it into a character with traits that can be bred and rode is insane. Especially that the base game has nothing close to this. CK3 should seriously consider adding AGOT as an official expansion.

This is one of the best trailers i've ever seen.
Not to mention the fact that this, mixed with the "Landless Characters" coming later this year could make for some really interesting scenarios(I'm sure it'll be a ways off, but it'll be neat to play as, say, Nettles during the dance of dragons. Along with all the other awesome dragon mechanics i've missed from CK2 AGOT).

What a great misdirection. First you see all this focus on Aegon the Unworthy, making you think we're getting a Blackfyre rebellion start date... and then the dragons show up. It's brilliant.

This sounds incredible,im only worried that random npcs that are high valyrians will be able to mount your dragons,there should be a mechanic where only targaryens and maybe people with targaryein blood but having a smaller chance of taming a dragon

I've never read the books nor watch any of the shows, but I do play this mod because I've seen many positive recommendations all over steam and nexus. I've to say, this mod are beautifully done, with so many unique buildings, units, traits and customs. I really enjoyed playing it. Although it does crash often, that's probably on me, since my pc are old.
