Ideal Image won’t refund monies for a procedure I never had because they couldn’t get me scheduled when I wanted the swevice performed, which was weeks before an event i hosted. They couldn’t get me scheduled for a date or location that wouldn’t cause me to drive over a 100 milea roundtrip. Not only will they not refund my credit card but they are also charging me the extra amount that I had planned to pay, but I NEVER HAD THE SERVICE! What a rip off. I plan to post this message on all of their social media sites, and call corporate, my credit card company and Clark Howard who is a national consumer rights advocate. Hi there! The risk for PH (paradoxical hyperplasia) is rare. Make sure you’re chatting with your provider about corrective procedure options and the best route to take. Hopefully you were informed of this during the consent process prior to your treatment, like all of our clients are. Best of luck! ❄️
