COL DE LA BONETTE DESCENT (2024 Tour de France!)

Last year I had the opportunity to climb the Cime de la Bonette climb in the heart of the French Alps! The top of this climb holds the record of being the highest paved road in Europe. It might not surprise you that the views were mesmerizing:) The descent takes you through all sorts of different landscapes as you go lower and lower. The mighty Cime de la Bonette has ben included in this years' TdF schedule. This will be a recipe for some firework between the big GC contenders, as the climb is very long, steep at the end and also only included at nearly the end of the race, stage 19.
