Use clipper, when you have a thick eyebrow, there some hair that are not as thick the other, just shave them, so basically, just shave all the eyebrow hair that are not the thickest and just leave the thickest part, then you have it, a thick but also thin freshly shaped eyebrow, but it's can be quite dangerously s though if you inexperienced
