    CORRECTION on the pepper information around minute 2:40: I was confused by the “fresh” in the table, but as our new in-house video fact-checker just pointed out, the mg/g values for capsaicin were for fresh peppers… that were then dried! So it’s a little more daunting; instead of “a quarter of a fresh jalapeño,” it would really be like “a third of a habanero or a teaspoon of medium-hot red pepper (as per www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7455983/pdf/FSN3-8-4611.pdf).

      I'm a bit confused about the pepper part (I'm Dutch). So it's either a third of a FRESH habanero pepper or a teaspoon of a medium/hot DRIED pepper? Is that correct? So you can use dried & ground habanero as well? And no more jalapeño?

    To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo and hair conditioner to littellextra cocoonniion a year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

    • @HeyRajanVerma
      @HeyRajanVerma 5 месяцев назад

      I’ve been using this Littlellextra Cocoonnion shampoo and oil and reactivaate hair serum for almost a year, and believe me, even in areas where there was no hair, I noticed hair roots starting to grow after 5 months. Now, most of the bald areas are covered with new hair. I highly recommend this product to anyone, it’s a long-term thing, apply it daily, massage into your scalp for 20 minutes, and wash it out the next day.

    Fingernails: OK so I half-watched this when it came out, and obviously did not pay attention, missed all the androgen stuff. I just thought hair/nails - same stuff, right? So I missed the point. My nails have always been terrible - fast-growing fragile. My thumb nails would never grow out to a round shape, but were always delaminating and splitting off like the leaves of a book. Looked pretty nasty, especially in a HC environment.
    So I began to eat a small hand-full of pumpkin seeds per day, expecting nothing. Nail growth slowed substantialy, so I continued. Now finally my nails are a lot tougher, rarely tear, and my thumb nails have both grown out to a complete shape. Only my on domiinant hand is there the last bit of the top layer at the tip still splitting, but it looks as if that will grow out too, eventually.
    Looking at the nutrient content of pumpkin seeds, I don't see anything that I would have connected with hair or nails, such as biotin.

    If you want to slow hair loss or improve hair growth, do grounding - that is, walk on the ground/earth in bare feet. There's an electric charge that goes through the hair, through the body, and out the feet into the ground. If this electrical path isn't used over a long period of time, the body says, "well, this hair on your head isn't being used, so we may as well get rid of it".
