Bhindi 300 grams
Saunf (fennel seeds) 1/2 tsp, ground coarsely
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder (or paprika) 1+1/2 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
lemon juice 2-3 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp, chopped
