You apply directly to the school. I talk about it in the first part of the video and also the end based on the program you are applying to.
It’s one of the documents you submit to the school.
1. Visit the university website of the program you want to study - Note it should be part of the eligible program.
2. Apply and submit this as part of the documents based on their admission procedure.

Thank you for this video. Please I saw a message on the DAAD page. " When applying for more than one postgraduate course(maximum 3 courses), you have to submit one motivation letter explaining why you are applying for the specific course and why you chose that priority".
Does this statement mean that after I have written the motivation for each program? I will then write one motivation letter that will carry the two programs. Is that Barbara?
No, you only write one for all the three program and submit the same document for all three programs

Another thing, In one of the programs it states that I need to write a Research proposal. Does it have to be for Germany alone or a blend of Germany and Nigeria
@@Teee_01 I don't understand what you mean by a blend. A research proposal should focus on the research you plan to do for your studies including a state of the art of the topoc(literature review), objectives of the study, methodology which should include the methods to use (how you plan to achieve the objectives), materials and timeline.

The only thing stopping me from a DAD scholarship is the proof of employment. I did one graduate training and I have the certificate. But where I work now, is more site work and no certificate to show for it. Even if I get the certificate the name of the site (dredging) can not be found on the internet. What should I do?

It's not a certificate they are looking for. They are looking for proof of employment so Ask the company to write a letter for that effect.

I checked for the requirements and I saw IELTS or TOEFL, how can one apply for the scholarship if he doesn't have any of these tests.
Also, they want people whose certificate is not more than 6 years to apply. Well, I completed tertiary in 2015, is there a way I can still apply for the school? Thanks
1. Some universities will allow for a waiver if you are from an English speaking country, if they don't you need to write the exams
2. Still give it a try and also apply for other scholarships. Check the video on how to find tuition free universities in Germany.

Check the website of the university. You will surely find the information and if not
Send an email to the university and ask about it.
Also, confirm first if the university does offer the EPOS Scholarship!

Great to connect and thanks it was helpful. For masters research, normally a proposal is not needed. However, confirm from the program of interest website on the requirements!

Hey Barbara, thank you for taking us through the application form. I have a question, So on the DAAD form they ask which academic referees have submitted a report for the application but on the application requirements/documents there is no option to submit an academic reference?
How can one submit the academic reference?

Secondly, part of the documents required for the scholarship is a copy of passport, I don't have one now but I have a national identity card, can I use that instead and can this possibly affect my chances of being selected??
Hi,
You need a passport. You can’t travel without a passport so I suggest you apply for one asap.
As you do so, you can email the school you are applying to and ask them if this is possible.

However, i need your guide on this, I am interested in three key programmes from three Universities with varying closing application dates and programme duration. Am i expected to center my answers on my first priority programme? For instance, question 6 on the DAAD form. How best do i respond to such a question? Given the scenario stated earlier.
Next Question: Since I intend to apply to three with vary closing date, I am thinking i have to tick yes to Q13.C and provide the name of the schools which follows up my first priority school and respond "Yet to apply" to Q13.D

Yes. You will need to include the details of all the universities you are applying to and talk about them. You will submit the same document to all the universities so ensure those details are present.

As far as it is stated as part of the requirement, it is important.

It’s important you include the right details of your reference and have prior conversation with them before you submit their names. They are always contacted if you don’t personally submit the letter of reference and if you do, they maybe contacted if there is a need. Always ensure the information you submit is legit.

My question is which cv template should we use, because the university I want to choose has its own cv template and daad wants us to use the europass cv template.
The school refer you to daad's requirement whilst daad also refer you to the school's requirement. So I'm a bit confused about what cv template to use
Use the school’s CV template. It’s likely similar to the Europass CV. At the end of the day, the school does the shortlisting.

I don't understand your question with regard to how do you go about it? You can still go ahead and give it a try with the 1 yr + experience.

Hey there, the guidelines explicitly mentions that the DaaD form, Checkist and LOM has to be Hand Signed. Please help that is this gonna be an issue if I do It with my digital signature.

It won't be a problem. You can decide to print and hand sign and scan it again.
My application document is totally different from the one used here. I am still having issues with navigations

Hey so for my masters there was only need for professional references do I put them on the form on the space for academic refereee or I need to provide an academic referee?
If you are required to give profressional references, then include professional referees, Also add academic if you have.

The IELTS requirement is based on the university you are applying to. Check the requirements. Some universities will not need an exams, others will.

If they only offer daad for these programs 2:48, then why there is a list of affiliated universities that fall under daad.
i want to persue a social science course in a university that INTERNET claims to be affiliated with daad. but it's name nor it's course is mentioned in this list. what should I do know? Is there any way?????????????????????????????????????????? or have I got it wrong.

1. The DAAD EPOS Scholarship is for only those programs.
2. There are various DAAD programmes so check the one that is in your alley. I made a video about that. Check the description box.

But i am unable to understand which specific daad program will be applicable here for me to apply for Master's degree.
Like there are many courses and universities but like in thia video or helmut schdmit one, none of them appears to offer courae fpr psychology howevee psychology is a social science subject and daad shows it in the course list.

The name of the program may not be explicitly a masters in psychology, however with your background you would be eligible to apply for these programs.
It's your responsibility to read through all the requirements to see which it's a good fit for you
