Galactic Contention is one of my most favorite mods. The matches can be relaxed, serious, funny, chaotic and exciting all in one sitting. The mod does have its issues, but the pros outweigh the cons.
I played on the same map as the clones and the droids had 5 hmps and they absolutely destroyed us. The pilots they had were gunning all of us down like crazy 😂

Yo theres a new mod similiar to this on Insurgency: Sandstorm called Star Wars: Sagas. From my understanding, its in beta right now, and i heard its a lot of fun so far. You should definitely check it out.
@@cleb8982 using admin cam, sometimes during live matches, or in the case of some of these shots, utilizing the custom server with an admins help and some community members helping as character actors!
@@nickdemoura8588 servers are down. Squad released a new update yesterday, the mod will be down while the devs work on making it compatible with the latest patch
@@Brandon_Y. maybe because it's the same map, but with different objectives utilizing different points of interest within the map. Some layers are the same map but with different weather aswell. I used the word map for ease of understanding but Rhen Var has been in the mod for a very long time
