Good morning I have a 5 kw Edison MKII inverter due to touch screwdriver between positive panel clamp and casing, it sparked and went out, I disassembled and found 5 shorted mosfets, I replaced it now it turns on but it gives me error 09, what else can i check? at sight there are no exploded components, the mosfets are K100E08N1 now measuring by comparison they all seem working, I'm desperate, if you have any advice thank you

If so I'd very much like to get my hands on the schematic diagram because I got a PH1800 5.5KW to play with, the goal is to use 96V or 192V Li-Ion instead of standard 48V battery. As a very general guess, replacing all DC mosfets, capacitors and transformer with appropriate voltage ratings and adding dividers to voltage senses could possibly work?

The situation is where one of my high frequency inverter is faulty and was taken to repair, after it was brought back. Will the parallel still be automatically synchronized? Because I had an experience with one inverter, they were paralleled to give 15kva single phase, after the repair we tried to connect it back. It showed error code 71 and NE intermidiately. But works fine as a single inverter. But when parallel it shows the above error I mentioned. Sometimes it sends fault signal to the other 2 working in parallel with it before and they'll show error code 80 or 60.
