PhotoPills is a really helpful application, but takes time to learn how to use it. A suggestion for your videos would be to the instructions presented by someone who is a native speaker of English.
I stood up at at 04:30, went to the planed position and …: cloudy sky. No moon at all ☹️ So I will wait for September 2025. But thank you again for your great and inspiring explanations
The eclipse starts on Sunday night May 15th, totality is on Monday, May 16th. So the whole eclipse covers Sunday night, Monday morning. I've seen both dates for the eastern US.
Excellente! I am on east coast of US . I don’t see those colorful lines going over the east coast however it still gives me all phases of moon eclipse visible in the top panel. Does it mean I will still b able to see the eclipse ?
This is such great info....unfortunately I live in center of the USA and won't be able to see it., Maybe I should fly to San Francisco for the weekend!!
Your English is great but it has a heavy accent. The accent coupled with the echo from the audio setup makes your instructions hard to understand. Your accent won’t go away so maybe you can improve the audio to reduce the echo.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we're a super small team and all we do is home-made :)
Superbement expliqué comme d'habitude. Merci

Yes! PhotoPills gives you the local date/time for the Red Pin Position. In the West coast US will occur on the 15th.
Just to show you how smart I am, I'm watching this 2 days after the fact! Feel free to chime in! Cloudy & raining anyway.
There'll be more opportunities!!
@@PhotoPills I know. Not worried. Seems someone from the East coast here got some photos. Enjoy & as always, thanks for the vids.
Thank you, just got PhotoPills recently and your video is very useful to plan out.

Greetings Raphael...Please, make changes to your audio setup...Your content is gold, your echo not so.
PS: Sent you a mail...
Thank you Jakob!
I meant to write the same thing with almost exactly the same words
Sunday is MAy 15 not May 16th?
Depends on where you are. For example in the West US will be on the 15th. PhotoPills gives you the local date/time for the Red Pin position :)
Please pay attention to your audio recording! Stop making these videos in a hard surface box with parallel walls. Your in an echo chamber.
I agree, but it’s you’re.
I've just moved to the new flat... and yes, the echo is terrible. I'll have to make adjustments...
