I don't understand these people putting off court dates and probation requirements. When I've gotten into trouble those things were the top priority. Fines and fees came first. I never missed a requred date, I would crawl if I had to.

If I got into trouble and was given probation and the opportunity to not have something on my record for the rest of my life, I'd be doing every single thing I needed to do to meet my obligations. And if "trauma" was part of my problem, I'd be going to therapy to get the help I needed. She's using trauma as an excuse, but isn't willing to do the work. It's not up to the rest of the world to fix her.

Probation is so easy! I has a yr given to me i paid all mine fines...checked in once a month and was even let off 2 months early for following all my terms of the Probation! I had a traumatizing childhood like many many other people but have never used that as an excuse for my behavior...

For those of you that heard him say that she doesn't have any money for a divorce, you don't always need money to file. You need money to get an attorney and yes they do ask you to pay a certain amount but you can request the spouse pay that amount and not pay anything when you file for divorce

She's wearing a dress shirt and jacket combo that has some kind of bleached aesthetic. The sleeves look like they've been dipped in bleach and various colors. Her dress shirt is also multicolor. The left part of her jacket also looks like it's been dipped in bleach. It's 100% something a punk kid would have worn in the 80s and 90s.

Why would she obtain a prescribed drug off the street, and take it without a doctor's order if she didn't have a drug problem? She's not fooling anyone. About the prior conviction in FL, even if they only found paraphernalia, it's most likely because she had just used the drugs and was out looking for more.

She was give the gift of parole in lieu of paying the price for her crime. She decided not to follow the condition of her parole. In essence she said, I don't want the parole, I'll take the jail. It should be reverted to the jail sentence.
I wish people would stop claiming they all have trauma and PTSD. it feels like everyone getting arrested these days are all claiming they have trauma and PTSD.
