Everyone is criticizing the concept lol but its a concept and concepts can always be improved. Ya'll are just jealous because he had the idea lol. The military designed an airless tire for its all terrain vehicles years ago and are still improving on the technology lol
The idea is old, even car tire manufacturers created airless flexible designs more than 10 years ago. The design doesn't work well, rubber+air even after 10+ years of messing with these designs is superior. It isn't a matter of jealousy, its just silly. Only works for video views.
If you had kept the whole tire instead of cutting it down, couldn't you have then just put holes in the side, stitched the rubber and thus not even need the glue? I mean, as you use the tire, hitting rocks, going off curbs, the glue is bound to release, but stitching the tire using the sides that were cut out (not cut them out of course) and you would have better stability and potentially less slippage.

Casual street riding, avoiding hard corners and curbs, it should be fine for a while. Actual trail riding? Rocks might crack the rings or taking a corner too hard might peel the rubber right off the wheel.

I just wanted to know one thing that is i don't think they are much reliable currently but yes great efforts and comfort level will also be different plus the force we apply to rice a bicycle can you share your views on these things ? thank you 😀

Simplemente brillante !! Eso no se pincha más 👏👏
Love the concept and have seen that similar idea in concept vehicle tires as well.
Not only does this guy have mad skills and is awesome but he also has amazing video editing, creativity and COLOR COORDINATES! A+! 👍😎
you are the type of person videos like this are made for. Educate yourself, this is a horrible idea horribly executed.
Eventually the PVC will crack. Nice idea for short term life span but not for long term.
the lateral rigidity would be pretty sketchy but if at or near vertical most of the time thats a great design.
Would have been good to see a more thorough testing. Down an off road slope for example with some bigger drops.
No split ring washers lol. Even with that, all the 3000 bolts he installed will come out loose and bust the tires of other bikes...way to go lol.
He's already made more money off this video than you make in a year. Good on you Mr internet expert. At least he's having a go.
Bro before you made that kind of shit argument might it should've better for you to wore a mask... don't have?
Here for you 🤡
Dont worry..just 1st round..upgrade..upgrade
He forgot the lock tight
Never mind the 15 lbs he just added to the bike
The editing here is insane Nice work on this film

Its been too long, now we need the tutorial on how to make a bulb appear when we have an idea
OMFG😂🙏🏼

Very interesting! Gonna need a whole lot of loctite to hold those bolts in haha.
Exactly what I was thinking🤣
@Donny D Fair, but those arent good for everything. Not sure how they would work in something like this. Havent ever tried rofl
Brilliant. Should get them manufactured. I would by them for my fat tyre electric trike.
Its cool but have too much demerits
You do realize there's still air between the tire and rim right 😂😂
Wicked cool, I recommend lock tight on those bolts & I wouldn't cut the sides of the tire's if they would fit...
I had the exact same thoughts! Cutting the tire reduced its durability and is purely only for aesthetics.
They also look like they might slip off with some lateral force ie: hard cornering.
Love the idea, great video! Rotating mass is an issue, so I would probably not want to ride it regularly...
I really love the design and the idea is incredible. I would love to have a wheel like this. But to be honest I'll be scared to ride fast with it.
When you're in mud, you won't get out easily. Great for general use btw.
Simply incredible! The adhesive would be the only questionable variable. Make sure you're using the strongest gel cement you can find!
Lo felicito bro te estaré pendiente tus novedades hecho pa'delante saludos desde Bogotá Colombia
They already produce a similar tire/wheel design for heavy , low speed equipment .
Makes me curious to how the ride would be. Hello man I've been pushing down on the pedals to go forward and the flexibility of the material in the tires looks like it would require way more effort to push the bike down the road. But that's only thought. I have to try it out.
Wouldn't it have been so much more efficient to just replace the old tire with a new one.not to mention how unsafe that contraption looks
let's see how well they hold up down even a short set of steps or off a squared curb.....
Wow... you're a bundle of fun aint'cha! 🙄😂
What happen when dirt, mud and stones gets stuck inside it?

I'm love this channel, I'm looking forward to do this on my bike. Wish me luck!
Bad idea buddy, please stay with compressed air
@@ZzzarieL I mean, there isn't anything bad giving it a try yk
Well done ! for a conceptual experiment !.....but otherwise I'd be concerned about the tire treads being "glued" to the plasic ? Also, the question of "how long" before all those loops loose their "flex ?"
