  • Let the cable and the foot swing across the body and kick back at around a 30degrees angle.
    Sweep the foot back and pause at peak contraction.
    Have a slight hip hinge and soft knee on the stabilizing leg.
    Maintain a braced core and little movement in the lumbar spine

    So its a combination of hip extension and hip abduction?

      You could say that. Its a kick back with a bias towards the glute med fibres
