❤ I love all your videos, but this is my favorite because of all the barre work and dancing. You are an exquisite dancer, and I’ve been an avid ballet lover for 50 years now so know a bit about it. Please continue sharing your life with us !! ❤️
Your behind the scenes is so interesting! I love seeing you prepare food, you are a great cook! Your dancing is amazing! Thank you for allowing us into your world!
I’m just curious why the girl behind you on the bar was doing the last bit ,before you switched to pointe shoes, with her leg in back while you were doing it with your leg in front? I’m a newbie to ballet and know very little other than what I have learned from watching channels like yours. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
May I ask what are the white hard crystal like things you added to the pot before adding the meat?? I made a similar beef stew with carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, ,onion, and diced tomatoes. I cook the celery, carrots, and onions to soften them a bit before moving them to a bowl. Then I add more olive oil or bacon drippings to my pressure cooker and let it heat up before adding the meat which I have mixed with the herbs and spices I have on hand and I cook the meat until it is a nice golden brown and then I add the vegetables back to the pot adding 2-3 bay leaves ,the tomatoes and green beans that were not in with the other vegetables. Because my pressure cooker is small I usually cook the potatoes separately as they take up a lot of space in the pot. Because I started the potatoes earlier while I was chopping vegetables I can remove some of the potato water and add it to the stew pot. I also add a tablespoon of better than bullion in the beef flavor. I added some beef broth I had leftover from a different meal a few days ago so that the liquid just covers the meat and vegetables. I already have the pot on the burner and just need to add the top and turn up the heat until the pot gets up to the steam level. I have already put the little valve topper on the lid so that steam will be kept inside of the pot. Once you hear it reach the steam level I reduce the burner to medium low and set the timer for 30 minutes and let it do it’s thing. It makes perfect stew and the meat is fork tender and melts in your mouth. After the 30 minutes I let it cool for for a few minutes before putting it in the sink and letting cold water run over the pot until it releases the steam and you can open the pot. If the broth is to liquidy I will mix up a little cornstarch or flour in some cold water and slowly pour it into the pot which I have brought back up to a boil. This will help thicken the broth and then you can serve it over the potatoes. I usually make enough for at least two or three meals for my family of 3. After serving everyone I combine the potatoes with the remaining stew and let it cool before I put it in the refrigerator.
來了😊真是美❤期待今晚準時收看!!!

二人一起煮飯是情趣!香港很難,因為廚房太細,不能同時容納兩個人。
You have such a positive outlook on everything which is so energizing! Your videos really brighten my day and always make me feel better! Thank you!
What a fabulous dance performance 👏👍☺️
