He’s a loser for not backing his boy up. He films it instead for views then apologizes about filming it hahaha and said it was “scary” then yells for people to call the cops. This Just makes these people who ride scooters look like bigger losers. Scooters need to stay out of the parks, they’re banned from our local parks. Same with Bikes. Bikes and scooters cause extra damage, clutter and attract crowds of small children with no skatepark etiquette. Scooter riders gave themselves their bad reputation.
I myself am a core skater and I never have liked/tried riding scooters. Although I don't enjoy riding a scooter I don't have a problem with the people that do. We are all human beings no matter what we ride.

Well just gonna put this out there, nobody is gonna fallow rules unless this so called scooter park is an indoor park. This is why there is no signs at skate parks saying that only skateboarders are allowed at the skatepark. Roller skates are different that rollerblades by the way. I mean you could go to the park with roller skates but you wouldn't be able to do anything. Aggressive inline rollerblades are what you want. I do believe a skatepark is short for a skateboarding park because back in the day the parks were made for skateboarders. There was no aggressive inline rollerblading or scootering. There was just skateboarding. Skateboarding was made to mimic surfing for surfers to practice when there was no waves.

I've been skateboarding for 19 or 20 years and one thing I gotta say is that skaters are the most disrespectful people at the skate park. I have gotten into roller blading and bmxing, nothing really compares to skaters. Not so much rollerblading but BMX I got skateboards thrown at my head, I've been pushed off my bike, and I've been called names, not that calling me a name hurts my feelings at all lmao but it's just a baby thing to do. Skaters think that they own the park when they are just as bad as everybody else. A sport is a sport whether you chose to think it is or not, I'm just happy kids are doing what they love doing and that's all that matters.

It never ceases to amaze me just how many skate videos have such gay music playing in the intro. I watched the footage before the argument and you CAN see skateboarders going up to a ledge and the scooter kid jumped up and ignores the skateboarder then goes down the 1/2 pipe over the spine and continues wherever he wants. I remember lanes and waiting your turn when the park was full. You can see gopro footage that shows a guy just “scooting” and talking to himself the whole time, ignoring other people who are trying to use the park.

Those were some pretty sick tricks on the scooters. All props to those who actually put in the work and practice to get that good. I don't think these are the scooter riders that generally piss off the skaters. It's the little kids who never watch where they are going and just come out of nowhere because they don't know the direction the skaters or even the actually good scooter riders will likely be coming from. The only saving grace is their parents usually bundle them helmets and so much padding that they make the Michelin Man envious. They could usually be doing the same thing on a flat playground and not notice a difference. Of course every time one of them gets send head over heels, it's the skater's fault.

I've been skateboarding for 18 years now. I have never had hate for any extreme sport at the park, and I think it's ridiculous to condone such behavior. It's all sick and it's better than being on the street causing trouble. I think skaters forget that they aren't the only ones at a skatepark, and that it's there for everyone (unless said so by a sign typically because of size). Although, from my experiences I have been snaked more times by asshole skaters than I have by scooters or bikes.. I think there should always be a system.. everyone should be connected and know when to take their turn. This is a common knowledge we learned as an elementary school student, did we forget? Much love to all involved, keep up the hard work and dedication!
