You'd be forgiven for thinking you're back in AC5. ACX intelligently recycles many assets and ideas, but this is basically just Narrow Margin - except better. Not complaining though, works wonderfully as an early mission.
Almost strange not to use the Viggen here . the game just SCREAMS for you to use it here, a fantastic early game plane with LASMs, and even has the sweet sweet thrust reversers on takeoff. Had to force myself to use something else, and ended up with the MiG-21 - another absolute sleeper. AC7 isn't the only game it punches way above its league.

The editing cracked me up there, very clean run too!
I've always noticed that in the briefing, there are two allied aircraft displayed if you don't count Gryphus 1. But in the mission itself, you only have one ally with you.
It may just be nostalgia getting in the way, but the soundtrack for this mission sounds so beautiful.
Oh yeah, this is arguably one of the best tracks of ACX.
@@aceadarsh2gaming901 you dont, just played the mission, the briefing shows yourself and two allies, once the mission starts you only have one with you, the enemy planes will usually focus on him and will try to shoot him down while you deal with the landing ships

I have a new favorites aircraft now.
MiG-21-93 is a modernization of the MiG-21 for India. Doppler radar with MiG-29 and new missiles. This fighter was also present in Ace Combat 5.
Would love if project aces remade one of their older ace combats.

Guys I just got my first Ace Combat game, its Assault Horizon Legacy on the 3DS lol, not quite a console game but still AC nonetheless
The one game I haven't played. Quite a good one from all I've seen, a remake of my beloved AC2, though reliant on a maneuver mechanic not present in other games. Enjoy it!
Funny, my first play of this AC was in 2010, i really scarred of Glapenir and skipped game.
But in 2019 i take my psp from cupboard and surprised that i can see 2020

4:22 This explosion sound, I wonder if it's an emulation bug or a native sound?
It's native. You mainly hear it with the FAEB, but you sometimes get it from normal explosions if you're really close.

It did, October to December. No solid dates though.
I went ADF only throughout the game for the fun of it
