I’m from Spain and I read tarot. We use this cards that we call “la Baraja española”. I know you can read with the Spanish deck cards and I know a little about the interpretation. There’re book about how to read with Spanish cards but I think they are in Spanish.
I can read Spanish, I should probably make an effort to study this deck since my great grandmother read them. Can you recommend a good book on this topic? Thank you for watching and commenting. xoxo ~ Marilyn
Marilyn, i have to confess that the first deck i saw when I was young was the Spanish Naipes and I thought they were tarot.. my grandmothers used to read to their friends and act like they were playing cards. 😂 Im Caribbean so these decks are common with readers and marseille decks/ Spanish tarot from Fournier.
Yes, I think my great grandmother might have read these Spanish decks and folks called them tarot. I think the Spanish might call these tarot. Maybe it's their tarot equivalent. Thank for watching and commenting.
