- Britain will never “relent” from efforts to stop small boat crossings - as immigration officers rounded up passengers for the first flight to Rwanda.
Dramatic footage of the dawn raids was released by the government, but the Home Secretary rejected claims he was using it to score political points as millions of Brits go to the polls in Local Elections.
Instead James Cleverly blasted “naive” do-gooders and dingy-chasing lawyers “who believe that they are on the side of righteousness when they try and prevent these actions - but are making the situation worse.”
After another tragedy in the Channel last week, Mr Cleverly warned “a child was killed because people smugglers are beating them, they’re stabbing people, they are forcing them onto these unseaworthy boats.”

The tragedies are the fault of the migrants themselves. That Iraqi family had lived for years in Belgium and Sweden and had been refused the right to remain in those countries. Very telling. The child died beause the family gambled with her life. They should have stayed at home in Iraq but they were determined to access a Western education for their children, that's what the father said in an interview.
These migrants are DETERMINED not DESPERATE. There's a difference.

A BBC radio 2 interview with the immigrant whose daughter died in the boat, he has 3 children up to 10 yrs. The children have never lived outside the eu? They lived in France and were denied immigration status and then threatened with deportation so they moved to Sweden and again were denied status and threatened with deportation so determined now going to the uk. It's great sending them to Rwanda with £3,000 each. Rwanda are doing a swap and sending their sick people over to the UK for free treatment. Our NHS is on its knees, and our doctors, dentists. We had similar problems in Australia with people smugglers bypassing safe countries because people wanted our welfare system. As the result many unseaworthy boats foundered and people drowned. The government then got tough and diverted the boats to Christmas Island and put illegals on Nauru, pending establishing identities and nationalities.
Boy did all the rest of the world dump on us for that.
The people smugglers told the people to destroy their papers. So it took years to determine who they were and where they came from and why so many men claimed their country was too unsafe for them but abandoned their women and children to fend for themselves.
We have been where you are now. It is not easy but it can be done.
The problem with the UK government is really they don't want to stop this invasion, its part of the replacement plan,

There are migrants working in cafes etc, and refusing to accept legal tender (cash) from customers.....British currency is being refused in britain. We are being denied the right to purchase goods with cash by foreign people, many of whom have no right to be here, let alone take jobs when there are unemployed legal residents everywhere! ......just sayin'.....
