The earth is flat and stationary.
@@Pedant_Patrol so the earth is your mom.

Lol that's a great way to look at it!
This is a prime example of a man using his body size to its full potential with NO excuses..hats off to you
His bodysize? The dude could easily drop 70 pounds, he's carrying a lot of fat but definitely an exceptional athlete. You make it sound like being fat is a medical condition or handicap, fat people CAN be normal size. People aren't born fat, they become fat through eating too many calories for their metabolism to handle
I know right I was thinking the same thing about him.
@@pcjacobs615 just because he 282 don’t make him fat . Have you ever seen a 300 lb body builder ? I mean this guy is not that ripped but clearly he carrying more muscle that fat
@@big_reece8632 sorry but you are making no sense. Do a skinfold bodyfat test on a bodybuilder that's reasonably competitive and you'll see 3-6%. Dude in video is 20-30%.
"NO excuses"? What does that even mean?
He's sprint technique is clean. He's got an unexpected agility as well. I am amazed
Yeah that is not gift, he must be an ex runner. Ain't no way he runs like that without training
@@jonathanmellqvist2 nah he’s got talent
Yeah the agility is incredible. I've got a Malamute/Arctic Wolf he's 3 yrs. old and weighs about 140.lbs. I've always said about him that what's really impressive is the agility/lateral movement. Gotta give it to him, he can really move for a big boy. I'm showing him this video in the morning. He's gonna need to step his game up
@@Raul-wd1jb are you a sprinter?
@@jonathanmellqvist2 I ran some track and field in pre school and my friends can run real fast despite not competing in track and field
FOR THOSE WONDERING "HOW HE DOES THIS AT HIS SIZE?" He's learned to train his type 2a and 2x muscle fibers with the PROPER plyometric, slow eccentric, explosive concentric, and isometric for speed(and power) you couldn't even imagine. His weight ONLY adds MORE benefit to his results.
I suspect with the proper training his handspeed and punching power would be...inhuman 👀👀👀👀💯💯💯
Wtf, is this French? Someone please translate in an understandable language
How
@@wooshmeifurgay7452 His fast and slow twitch muscles are able to absorb force while maintaining posture and then explosively contract to apply force into the ground. This allows him to run, jump and throw incredibly well. Whether he trained this consciously or developed it unconsciously by playing the video doesn't say.
Well. Genetics helps too😂
@@wooshmeifurgay7452 😂
He truly is the .1 percent genetically. He goes to my school and I occasionally see him at our rec center. He is immensely strong. Watched him squat 765 in person while still being this athletic. Absolute unit.

@@Sinstat Don't think I'm trying to discredit him by saying he is genetically gifted. He is undoubtedly hardworking I train at our rec center 6 days a week and whenever I see him there he be training for like 3 hours going hard. He definitely is extremely hardworking but there is no disrespect in saying he was blessed with a gift. He is the culmination of what you get when you have work ethic and natural born talent.

@@infiniteflight9553 exactly, if you want him on offense put him at tight end. Could you imagine him catching a pass in full stride beyond the linebackers? The DB's would break their necks trying to take his legs out, but he's so agile he'd probably hurdle a lot of them at the point of contact.😂

At the top of what ?
Incredible work ethic until he hits mcd at the end of the day...
I guess hard work beats talent. Being gifted doesnt matter
@@prolificlife1710 No, unfortunately, a well-known ignorant statement. Listen around, how many have tried it with hard work without necessary talent and then ultimately failed. Look at this man! I have never seen such athleticism and technique in such a big man. That is God-given talent right there.
It's also extreme dedication and hard work. I mean, this guy is naturally phenomenal, he'd excel at any damned thing he wanted to. But his technique in the discus and hammer throws, and even his long jump, were all absolutely flawless, which means he spent countless hours perfecting his techniques on top of his obvious natural gifts. And the speed here can jump rope at his size and strength? Jayzus.
This man is incredible. Top to bottom.
He should try in rugby 🏉
He must play rugby, like Jona Lomu.
@@RevShifty he can't box or play tennis with the best
@@T9RX3 I guarantee you that any man that can throw a hammer or discus like that could punch like a meteor strike. You've apparently never sparred with someone who was an accomplished track and field athlete. If all punching power comes from the hips, and he can throw heavy objects that far based on timing, amazing footwork, and a sudden explosion of strength based on an incredible sense of timing, what does that tell you about his potential in boxing if he chose to focus on that? Not to mention how hard it would be to knock someone if his size, strength, and skill out regardless.
And with his obvious work ethic and fleet footedness, I have every reason to believe he could've excelled at tennis if he wanted to. He might be too explosive to take to it as naturally as done other sports, but as hard as he trains for what he's interested in, I have zero doubt he could excel at tennis if he really wanted to.
This man is naturally incredibly gifted, trains like a monster, and has the kind of strength, speed, and explosiveness most people could only ever dream of. He would (and likely always will) excel assay whatever the hell he chooses to.

PHENOMENALLY IMPRESSIVE!!! Just so you know, I Googled Mr Opont & was totally blown away by this elite young athlete! The focus of this short video is on his ability despite his weight! That’s a given, but only the tip of the iceberg! This guy is mind blowing with his stats & performance! So I got up into his other bios to see if he was maybe extremely tall or something else that could attribute to his edge, you know? It’s not the same usually for a man of 300 pounds at 5’9-10 compared to a man of 300 pounds at 6’6-8! It’s simple physics called weight distribution! However, for this particular individual, physics has little effect on his abilities! Mr Opont’s height is recorded at 5’9!!! It boggles the mind when you review the video in that light! I’m thinking training, discipline and dedication had a huge effect here! Not to mention mind over matter, a technique that I was taught by my TKD instructor/coach years ago. At the time,I was training to compete in kickboxing (this was back in the 80’s,before MMA’s popularity) and I was a lightweight female, only 5 feet! To say I was a bit too small was an understatement! When you consider that most other females competitors were at least 4 inches taller, thusly increasing their reach, which is a disadvantage! However, Master Song was a diminutive male who had personal understanding of the situation and taught the “MOM” technique. It made all the difference in the world to my performance! I’m thinking this may be what‘a going on here! Nevertheless, the guy is someone to watch for in the future! Thanks for sharing this with us! Enjoyed every moment! Looking forward to more like this! ❤ from Texas,USA! Peace!
