Man, the CGI detail in this game is PS3 level it's so well done.
I still remember how the first time I saw the scene of the military showing up to save you from the golems it sent chills down my spine. I thought it was the most badass thing I had ever seen.

It's September 2020 exactly 20 years after the events of this game!
good argue ok now its 3rd december 2021 but yah. did it came out on year 2000 ? i played it later on the ps 2, the ps1 game and the resident evil games better late then never and on psp it was so easy to play it in good quality with an emulator who really works perfect.

I miss Dryfield so much, so many memories playing this game. Some of the NMC's are still nightmare fuel to me after 24 years.
Who needs to be contacted to revamp this game? Aya could be as popular as Lara Croft if done right with the new advanced gaming technology. Forget The Last of Us, let's reimagine Parasite Eve. 👍

@polapaklohman4066 yeah man the boss Stranger, that thing was freaky as hell. But the desert Chasers with red eyes are the worst in my opinion.
This was truly scary game when I played it first time, Resident Evil didn't scare me at all.

i love how there are mutated super soldiers getting wiped by what seems like 30 or so dudes from the national guard because no one thought to give the super soldiers any form of firearm.

The caverns were so creepy... the music and the vibes you would get omg. Then you had to fight the blizzard chaser creature, god i hated that thing.
the noise it makes is totally derpy but yeah, fighting it in the dark when it's running after you is freaky!

I'm going to assume you're referring the dark troopers scene in mando. I can see the resemblance. Wouldn't be surprising if the director was influenced by this particular scene & being a parasite eve fan

The tune deffo awoke a rave interest in me haha
15 minutes of cgi still affects me decades later. Just the oddest yet satisfying sense of nostalgia with this game. And I never even actually played it! I was in 2nd grade watching my older brother play it. I used to pretend to be Aya running around the house with the “tank” controls and pretend dying using her animation.
I love Aya so much, and this game 😢
