I doubt there's what you could call a market for them, and best way to eventually get an idea would be to check auctions, in case some random WWI fighter engined "supercar" shows up. But as you can see on RM/Sotheby's listing for cars from 1900 to 1920, price range is all over the place.
I love the idea, it would be great if I could make a striped down version, make it look nice & actually donate it to a real homeless guy that would appreciate it, use it & care for it.

It must predate all manor of more modern regulation. That’s a grandfather that has more than earned its place on the road.
