They have the potential, they are just lazy. Most of their strong players doesn't run or donate units into army groups. I've never seen Mau99 or Neto donating troops. They think they are 5 stars generals and stay away from the action.

A winning alliance relies on sharing 5 "ihave" accounts online 24/7 and needs a lot of help from FWZ + AVE. What S21 said in the city chat channel is trash. Constantly threatening but unable to do without support. Very funny

A winning alliance relies on being an active alliance that knows how to play and move in such short time to stop the enemy cooperating or allying with the enemy coalition. What you cant notice is that S40/S40~ & NFG! never tried to make an active full push on mobilising the strongest alliance in their downtime.
You say S21 shares account, do you also wouldnt assume that other alliance also are relied to get their strongest players making a move to avoid such moments being steamrolled or completely kicked back?
