I remember Charles Tuttle bringing that song to us at Hollybush Christian Fellowship, near Thirsk, North Yorkshire way back in the 70s. :) We still behave that way. PTL.
It truly is real. I have experienced the awesome presence of the Holy Spirit. There is nothing like it. Beyond words. Joy, peace, love and his amazing grace all at the same time. No wonder people shout and dance when the Holy Spirit moves on them. Truly Seek his face and you will see. WC
This is song is a testimony to how most people came in contact with the Pentecostal experience. Many folks of formal religion thought that those of us that practiced it were weird or strange, and went as far as to say we were of the 👿 devil. Other folks went, like Rev. Nelson, to church out of curiosity. Once they got in the meeting and felt the drawing power of The Holy Ghost they could not resist it. This song was a personal testimony of Rev. Nelson's conversation. I pray RUclips never removes it. We must have that same drawing power of The Holy Ghost in the Pentecostal movement that Rev. Nelson experienced or the Pentecostal movement will not survive and will go the way of so many other formalistic religions.
Was this at a conference or camp meeting in California? I remember this gentleman singing this song when I was a little girl. Such a beautiful presence of the LORD. I never forget it! My family and I were just introduced to Pentecost. What an amazing time we had. My parents still sing this song until this day and they always smile when they're singing it. My parents were so happy when I found this video on RUclips. No one can sing it like Bro. Nelson. What an anointing and impact this gentleman had on so many lives.. GOD bless you for posting this!
Wow...I had no idea this was on video, too. I have the double vinyl recording of this songfest for many years now and never had any idea this video existed.
1 Timothy 2:8 says, “I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling” (ESV). These verses specifically apply to worship (in this case prayer) in the church.💞🤔🙏⛪😇🌅💒🏚️💒🛕😍
Tony Suarez I am a member at New Season Sacremento. Of course I would run into a comment from you here. Bless you Pastor you have had me jumping in the Spirit of God on Wednesday’s hallelujah!!!
