When I first played Java, the mouse I had back then had the two buttons and so I figured I could use them instead of the weird shift and alt and ctrl keys. So now my mind has forever embedded those two buttons to being associated with sprint and sneak actions in games...and going back and forth pages in browsers and stuff. I legit cannot understand the idea of using the numbers as hotkeys to my hotbar...but to each their own.

Excellent job, hotkeys are a great, super clear way to improve. If anyone is tryna get better at pvp or the game in general, I couldn't recommend hotkeys more, even if you feel you're precise with scrolling (I was adamant scrolling was just as good for a while, but it's not) Razer's Naga Trinity is an awesome mouse with plenty of hotkeys

My recommended setting is, if you mine in big caves a lot or play with friends a lot, change your drop key from q, since it's right next to w and you don't wanna accidentally drop your important items, to the number pad . You have to manually reach over to get it and it is slower but its better than dropping your best pickaxe to a friend who refuses to give it back
I use hotkeys for slots near the WASD keys (usually slots 1-4), and the mouse for anything past that. Of course, I also keep vital tools in those slots at all times.
birch is a nice block, actually, it is my favorite tree irl, there could be a texture pack editing just the texture of birch, but I don't know any. If someone wants, they could say how I could improve the texture as making resource pack is easy.
Felt the 90 Fov. When I first discovered games let you have higher FoV I started maxing it on all games, which usually is pretty nice. Minecraft is an exception. Minecraft FoV can go too (I think) 115, something like that atleast, but it feels uncomfortable and unnatural. I always find myself sitting at about 85-90 on Minecraft specifically

When I first started playing Minecraft, I for some reason decided to swap the left and right mouse buttons. as someone who used to use 110 fov and then started using 70-80 fov I feel insulted
I always use Quake Pro FOV. Just because it looks much faster and also to see other mobs, like the aggressives

I tend to copy RUclipsrs settings to see which ones fit me the best. I discovered that clown pierce's settings fit me the best since i like being able to see alot of people while fighting. Mainly his settings but with a few changes, and my FOV is quake pro. Hate it or not i kinda like it
I use [Q] to run, my "f5" is [kaypad enter] and i use [r] to open my invi and [mouse5] is for sawping items with offhand, [mouse4] is for "slot9", [mouse1] is for placeing blocks and [mouse2] is for attacking and i drop stuff by useing [left alt], my zoom key is [e] chat key is [z]. If you dont use this smt is wrong with you

When I first started playing Minecraft, I for some reason decided to swap the left and right mouse buttons. I've managed to buck a lot of my other strange control choices from 8 years ago (my crouch key was E for the longest time. Inventory was I), but I still can't get used to placing with right click and breaking with left.

But I use quake pro, and for immersion, measure the monitor width, how far you sit from it, and do some trig and research to get the perfect FOV.

If you guys use online maps for your minecraft seed here’s a tip ALWAYS build in a cheery blossom biome because the entirety of your base will be pink on your map
