thank you so much kojo for doing all this for the tricking community its really inspiring i want to help with something too but i cant yet im just sharing my little knowledge rn trying to make tricking a little more popular
Everybody in this comment section has my utmost respect. 💯💜 Thank you Guthrie & Kojo for literally giving us this video, I hope it's serves as a baseline to help this community grow, & grow healthy. I'll share this with my students, & hopefully they can pick up a few tips from you guys. Again, thank you Senpais. 🙏🏼👊🏼
Hey man I can tell you put a lot of work into this video thanks a lot for all your tips. Some quick advice on filming if you want it! A lav mic helps a lot for sound, flat walls actually create more echo which is worse for sound, (the more soft surface around the nicer it sounds. You can lay pillows on the ground and up against walls to help reduce echo. Oh, and a nice lamp with a white sheet over it can light your face quick and easy! Hope this helps- just giving back because your video is so informative! Thanks again!
I am 16, and honestly never trained tricking (I was almost able to do a backflip 3 years ago though, but then quitted bc there was no place to train) Is it too late for me to learn flips? can I be a good (let's not say pro) tricker if I do highly focused trainings starting from this year?
I started at age 16 and was able to get flown to gatherings all over the world so it’s definitely doable! It’d have to be the main priority in your life as you’re starting so late but it’s achievable if you want it! - Kojo
@@KojosTrickLab Just it's sad that our country does not have a gym for tricking/flips, and there is also no place to train. But I am trying to find every possible place to start my journey. I will come back after 1 year, and share my results
@@KojosTrickLab So aaron cook is performing standing double back with momentum as well? It seems to me that jump is as important as momentum. And would like to learn more about how u can improve both of these.
Johnny Darko Jumping height is really important for standing tricks yeah. You gets better at jumping by doing jumping exercises, look up some box jumping routines they’ll help! Carrying momentum is far more important for Tricking though!

Late, but the main thing is that I am ready to give 5 hours of my every day to the trainings
