Something interesting about input lag

This is not a FIX! Just thoughts about the operation of the system and the BIOS in particular. Food for thought.
I will not turn off the PC as much as necessary and will watch the behavior of the system.
For all those who like to not understand shit.
I have now assembled a PC on old hardware. and did not reboot it. The mouse behaves much more responsively, I am sure that after restarting the PC this effect will go away.
After 1 hour everything returned to how it was.
