I agree. I am in the same situation. I can shred figure 8's on a mid foil and Gen 1 FD. All summer, I have tried a HA foil and can barely keep straight for 100 yds. Any waves or chop are royal pain. FD is a 20cm, how about you? HA glide is great, but I am too unstabile to pump. ideas? what are your next steps?
@@adolfallesch7648 yep… I have the same experiences. My next step: get off the HA foils and go back to traditional surf wings on lower and mid aspect ranges. Honestly, I can’t figure out why people froth over the HA… they just feel so unstable and hard to maneuver.
