I do the same recipe with broccoli .Tastes very good. Cauliflower and broccoli should be cleaned well before use. The florets should be separated and dropped into boiling hot water with a little salt. After 2 _ 3 minutes should be drained and washed in cold water thoroughly. Will get rid of tiny green worms found in cauliflower and broccoli.
