This is not exactly true. All commercial soaps that are antibacterial contain mostly the same chemicals yes. However, switching to a natural non-actibacterial soap made of animal fat and natural substances is a big difference. Our immune systems are designed to fight bacteria so outside of an Operating Room or other sterile environment, antibacterial soap isn't needed. It is better not to absorb these antibacterial chemicals through our skin into our body and let our immune system do its job.

Pro Tip: Do not spray cologne anywhere on your skin that might end up being kissed because they want to smell your cologne not taste it. I mix my own cologne that works best with my skin chemistry and after doing laundry I will then quick dip them in a plastic storage container with distilled water and some of mine custom cologne and then air dry. That way the smell lasts long and is not a strong overwhelming smell as if I just showered in it.

After I read an articel about the physiological bacteria on our skin, that destroys bad smelly bacteria. Guys, it matters more that you shower in the first place than what soap you use. If the soap you're using isn't giving you allergic reactions, and is removing whatever sweat and dirt has gotten on you, then go ahead and stick to it. I know some grown men who only shower once a week, if that, so just do more than that and you're good. I been doing everything you say in the video for years now as every man should, so I have let's say a clean body oder already, I wear creed green irish tweed cologne and spray it in my hot spots (yes there is specific target areas to put cologne or oils) i was walking down the isle at the grocery store and a beautiful woman was walking up, we locked eyes, smiled and said hello, as i walked past her i left my scent behind and she exclaimed OMG what are you wearing you smell so magnificent! Actually replacing your entire wardrobe every once in a while helps with the smell.. I have a few items of clothing that are worn regularly and washed regularly that have started to smell funky, even after drying outside on the line. The amount of detergent doesn't matter and neither does the type of wash. My washing machine is cleaned every couple of months too.

It depends on what you eat but we have to have a pretty good diet with plenty of meat and fat in our diet to stay healthy. Please don't try to give nutritional advice like "eat whole grains" because a majority of people don't do well on any grain. If you see the word "tallow" in the ingredients, it has animal fat in it. The palm, and other non-tallow are veggie based which I prefer.

Pro Tip: Do not spray cologne anywhere on your skin that might end up being kissed because they want to smell your cologne not taste it. I mix my own cologne that works best with my skin chemistry and after doing laundry I will then quick dip them in a plastic storage container with distilled water and some of mine custom cologne and then air dry. That way the smell lasts long and is not a strong overwhelming smell as if I just showered in it.

I like how fast this video went to be an advertisment. I don't use any soap or shampoo (i have no hair :D )and not even deodorant since years. After I read an articel about the physiological bacteria on our skin, that destroys bad smelly bacteria. Soap, shower gel and deodorant destroy this natural good bacteria (hte same with shampoo destroying your natural conditions of your hair. So it drys out and the body reacts with producing a lot of sebum to fight the drynes). The companies make a lot of money to keep you smelly and greasy. So you always have to buy their products. I just use soap for the hands, I shower every day (sometimes twice) and wash myself very good with water.. Sometimes I use a Cologne. Maybe I'm genticallly lucky, but until now, no woman, friend or family member ever complainend about my smell. I asked regulary and they always say, that I even smell less, than the most people. So i safe a lot of money, chemicals in my body and plastic waste. Plus I smell less.
Same here, though I do have hair but I stopped using shampoos and bodywashes entirely and no one ever complained about my smell, in addition to what you said, shampoos and bodywashes contain chemicals that could negatively affect your testosterone levels, there's no reason to use them especially if you're a man
No. Just try to live as healthy as possible to naturally smell good. You should not cover up your smell. You should smell good naturally. If you smell bad, it's probably your diet.
Do these things:
-Semen retention
-Good diet with meat and animal fats. No/little sugar
-exercise
-good sleep

Don't use weird chemicals known as deodorant and weird soaps.

Whole grains are NOT part of a healthy diet. The concept of eating a "whole" grain is a new concept that started within the last century. Whole grains contain even more lectins than white grain. Overall, most people don't do well on whole grains. The arsenic content in brown rice is high and even organic oats can have high levels of round-up. I would stick to veggies for your carbohydrates over most grains.
@mj is goat yes some veggies have lectins so you need to know which veggies are high in lectins. The nightshade family of veggies are one of those families hence why we peel the skin and de-seed many peppers (the lectins are in the skin and seeds mainly). However, cruciferous veggies (aka dark leafy green family) does not contain many lectins and are mostly beneficial. There are some exceptions though such raw spinach containing high # of oxalates (anti-nutrients that bind and block absorption of vitamins and minerals).
@mj is goat Overall you are right, plants are master chemists. The plants that do not want their seeds to be eaten by humans contain lectins that disrupt our digestive system and gut wall. Others like raw spinach contain high levels of oxalates that slow our absorption of minerals. But these master chemists produce the most beneficial compounds for longevity in human and animal beings called polyphenols. Polyphenols is the core reason the Mediterranean diet is seen as the most healthy because all the food is drenched in extra virgin olive oil very rich in polyphenols that have a wide array of benefits keeping us alive longer. In summary, you can't rule out all veggies like grain because many have beneficial nutrients and polyphenols as well as enough fiber.

Guys, it matters more that you shower in the first place than what soap you use. If the soap you're using isn't giving you allergic reactions, and is removing whatever sweat and dirt has gotten on you, then go ahead and stick to it.
I know some grown men who only shower once a week, if that, so just do more than that and you're good. Oh and please don't do the whole X thing with cologne, it's too much if you're using Axe or similar sprays, I literally can't stand within 4 feet of you with that much, I'm sorry. Actually replacing your entire wardrobe every once in a while helps with the smell.. I have a few items of clothing that are worn regularly and washed regularly that have started to smell funky, even after drying outside on the line.
The amount of detergent doesn't matter and neither does the type of wash. My washing machine is cleaned every couple of months too.

It depends on what you eat but we have to have a pretty good diet with plenty of meat and fat in our diet to stay healthy. It's been proven that we need meat and fat in our diets because the truth is vegetarians and vegans are typically not actually that healthy despite what the media pushes. The eating part.....I've changed the way I eat...and literally I don't stink no more. Hahahahaha I did it for health though. Still mainly whole foods..chicken beef fish...nut butters...avacado and green vegetables. Some sugar foods...in moderation. I'm more fitness less musty. True story.
