Not to mention, once take the industry focussed, you will have an insane industry compared to the size of the country lol, get cores on Benelux, get the industry focussed and the 1+ mill manpower and you are a European superpower

my most fun dutch game was the dutch taking, berlin, praag, vienna, bucharest, leningrad, moscow, stalingrad, and rome with a bicycle divisions. just the idea of dutchies on bikes cycling through the streets of major cities is fun

I tried getting the achievement to conquer Belgium and Luxembourg as Netherlands. When fascist and it was easy to grab up all of Europe as normal, but Germany ALWAYS refuses to commit forces to invade the UK, and my nazy got insta-twatted whenever I tried to get naval superiority myself. AI Germany is such a ballache to play alongside.
The Dutch focus tree is legit busted in the mid/late game. You should go monarchist and flip germany to the Kaiser while stealing their manpower and they become your puppet. It's hilarious.

Never had problems with PP to do the decisions with the trade. even when going the neutral route(wich would return all your pp back to you anyway)
