Best way I recommend around the problem is use some of that self amalgamating rescue tape. It goes over 200 degrees and doesn’t melt up in the sun and no sticky sides when removing and lasts over 2 years now on my old 325ilk machine. Sold in most auto shops or hardware as well.
Hey bud! Glad to see you’ve joined the battery club. DO NOT BUY THE BACKPACK BATTERIES! You are better off buying the BLi300s. The backpack battery’s connector cable goes bad eventually, and you WILL NOT be able to source a replacement. We run all Husqvarna battery equipment; from chainsaws, trimmers, blowers to push mowers (W520i). Love them! All the best to you and your family.
Its definitely a cool looking trimmer, but ill stick with my Echo gas trimmers. $310 for just the batteries is absurd. Thats almost as much as the trimmer itself. You got yourself some good looking lawn equipment my friend. Hard work always pays off. Your definitely a hard worker
Take care of yourself my friend and don't overdo. I like the 520 battery because it's a lot lighter and the 200 x battery better because it's lighter and the 520 is two directional you can edge easier because you can edge clockwise 😊
Sorry bro with ya neck and all...i was in a wreck feel ya pain hadn't been right since just took meds anywho thanks for the video!!! Im in the market for a trimmer with mutiple attachments as of now probably keeping my troy built and the attachments i have.
Fancy! I've had my Echo 56v dpas 2600 17" with the darwins grip pro for a while now. Its nice but i still hate how long the batteries last. Its also too long of a delay after you hit the thorttle for me. I only use a 2.5 ah battery so its super light. I would love to have that one though and the arborist saw too from husky.
I bought the Husqvarna 525lst mark 2 yesterday. Ended up selling my Shindaiwa T27 which I had since 1993 ! Beast of a thing but too heavy to enjoy using. Please do a review on the different heads. My Husky came with the T35x and maybe I’ll try the Rapid Replacement head as well.
Thank you for this! I just picked one up because Husqvarna is doing a special. Buy the trimmer get the large battery and charger FREE. Might even order another just for the battery deal. Haha So 2 batteries get you through a day? And how do you charge on the go? Thanks again!
I am more than willing. How would you like me to show it? As grass is dif all around country. Not to mention we all use dif trimmer lines. Everything will affect the time. So seriously let's come up with a good way to get an average. Like set it up and let it run? Or trim? Speed of trimming will even affect it. I think that's why. To many variables.it will last most of the day including fences on properties. But we are doing initial cuts.so this week it's lasting longer.
The BLi300 gets me about 6-10 suburban type properties done. Probably like half acre. Total trimming is probably over an hour but it's not constant full throttle trigger time. I run the 325ilk but I'm getting the 525ilst. I also have the 520ilx and it's slightly more efficient but less power. I also run the DPAS echo and Greenworks Pro
i liked Husqvarna but when they started putting smaller gas tanks on them and bigger engines with the smaller gas tanks on them don't complement the bigger engine size any more i bought a few that messed up on me in a few months its the 124l i bought had PARTSRUN COIL ruined on me i fixed then later on the pistons blew a year later then i had a 128l blow out on me as well i used good gas and proper fuel mixs 501 it still blew the pistons i only had luck with the 223l and my 129l from years ago and with my tanaka and echo Husqvarna has lost my business but i will say the 129l i have it good been using it for 4 years but the small gas tank kills me if i have to bigger yard its way i use my tanaka and echo 225 they have a bigger tank for longer trimming time so i will say in my own opinion Husqvarna isn't the best its more then presence but i will say Husqvarna is better then any of the cheaper mtd model i don't really like stihl ether all tho i never really used to many of them but when i did i never like the feel of them over the echos and shindaiwa

What’s the difference in the battery powered 525 versus the 320? The 320 is a lot easier to find
Is it better than that 330 IL?

FYI Stanford equipment is having a sale - buy the trimmer for $339 and you get a free battery and charger
Thank you for the video. Blessings to you.
that trimmer rocks i like it a lot. to costly for me but maybe one day. the attachment platform LK will be sweet. so light
You can afford it easily lol
@@exterminator1 not easily 😆
I want that one too
its all about how long battery will last which nobody never shows

Set up to run wide open from full battery. Time it.

what i like most of battery trimmers is the health factor, smelling a gas trimmer smoke its not good
The battery powered handheld blower is more powerful than the backpack battery powered one by a lot I own the handheld one and it cost less
Nice .id put some tape on that trimmer lol .I liked my first lst but the mark 11 not so fuzzy buddy. take care
Very nice so how much would sell a weedeater for
